Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for choosing BOOM BAITS! We appreciate your support and every customer matters.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, and the product is undamaged or unused, we will refund your purchase. Please note, merchandise must be returned in the original packaging. We will honor a return within 30 days of you receiving your order.  As applicable, we will send you a pre-paid return label.  Please note that all returns are subject to a $7 restocking charge which will be deducted from your refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.  This typically will take 3 to 5 business days.

Exchanges

We will honor an exchange within 30 days of you receiving your order. If the product is undamaged or unused, please email us to start your exchange.  The customer will be responsible for shipping charges back to BOOM BAITS.
